About Me

Fred has been our Plant Manager since 2010. His primary responsibilities are to ensure that our campus is safe and that all repairs are done quickly, accurately and follow all compliance codes necessary. Fred creative, thoughtful, and very meticulous about his work at OCS and is a great asset to our school community.
