About Me

Annette comes to us with a several years of experience working with students with special needs. She has a Multiple Subject credential and taught elementary grades before earning her Mild to Moderate and Moderate to Severe teaching credentials. She also has a B.A. in Sociology and a Master's of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Inclusion. Annette provides curriculum support for students, teachers, and administrators in the area of both general and special education. She is part of the OCS special education team and is responsible for writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and assists with the implementation of IEP goals and objectives. She currently works with our 6th-8th grade students and teachers. Annette loves to watch her son play ice hockey, reading, and watching comedies.
